To be in compliance with the WEEE regulations and access its certificate of conformity, a producer of photovoltaic solar panels must meet three conditions:
– Be a member
– Be up to date with its put on market declarations
– Have had its annual put on market attestations signed by an auditor
In order to access your certificate, please log into your Moebius account.
Then click on “producer”, then “certificates”.
If your certificate is not accessible, the reasons will be specified:
– Missing declaration(s)
– Annual attestation(s) not signed
– Invoice(s) awaiting payment
