Each company created is associated with users to whom rights are granted.
Indeed, when the account manager creates a company, one of the steps consists of specifying the people affected:
- to invoices (a person from your accounting department)
- to declarations (a person who will be responsible for making declarations for the marketing of solar panels)
- to communication (a person who will be informed in the event of important events or information)
- upon signing the membership contract (the legal representative of the company or a person with a mandate)


You can create two “declaration” contacts and two “invoicing” contacts
Special case for the signatory contact:
👉 Typically, the signatory is the legal representative of the company. If this is your case, simply check the box “I am the legal representative of the company”.

👉 The signatory may also be a person authorized to sign the contract. If this is your case, simply check the corresponding box and upload the signature mandate. 😊
