Under Article L. 541-9-4 of the Environmental Code, “Any failure to comply with the information obligations mentioned in Articles L. 541-9-2 and L. 541-9-3 is subject to an administrative fine, the amount of which may not exceed €3,000 for an individual and €15,000 for a legal entity.”
