To comply with the WEEE regulations and access the compliance certificate, a producer of photovoltaic solar panels must meet three conditions:
– Be a member
– Be up to date with their put-on market declarations
– Have their put-on market attestations signed by their statutory auditor (CAC)
To access your certificate, please log in to your Moebius account.
Then, click on “market operator,” followed by “certificate.”
If your certificate is not accessible, the reasons will be specified:
– Missing declaration(s)
– Annual attestation(s) not signed by the statutory auditor (CAC)
– Invoice(s) awaiting payment
