These certificates must be certified by your statutory auditor (or, if not, your accountant) and submitted to us in January of each year.
An uncertified annual certificate will block access to your Certificate of Compliance.
To access your certificates, simply log in to your Moebius account, click on ‘market placer,’ then ‘certificate.’
At the beginning of year N, each member must have the declaration certificate for year N-1 certified by their statutory auditor or, if not, by their accountant.
To do so, you have two options:
- Electronic signature via Moebius
As indicated in the message in the green box, after submitting the certificate, an email is generated. If the recipient does not see this email in their inbox, it may be in their SPAM folder.
By clicking on the link in the email, the person authorized to certify the annual certificate will be redirected to Moebius and will be able to:
- Access the said certificate
- Proceed with its electronic signature
After clicking on the link received by email, the statutory auditor or the accountant will first need to create their password:

In the event that the statutory auditor or the accountant identifies an error in the certificate, it is then possible to correct the affected quarter(s).
The ‘correct’ button allows us to reopen the affected period. You can then submit your corrected data.

Once downloaded, you can print the certificate, have it signed by your statutory auditor or accountant, and return it to us at adhesion@soren.eco.
